Standard Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Cancellations include reschedulings made on the proposed day of service. The customer will be charged a fee of $50 due to us reserving a time slot in scheduling for your clean.
- Recurring payments that are unsuccessful may result in disruption of service or cancellation altogether without notice.
Cancellations must be in writing and should be addressed to Clean Homes & Co.
Refunds may be awarded under the 200% guarantee policy. All refund requests must be in writing, and made direct to Clean Homes & Co. Claims must be made within 48 hours of the agreed upon re-clean.
